1 - DELIVERY ZONES

Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

2 - SHIPPING COSTS (SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN)

Shipping fees are calculated based on Swiss Post rates:

• 0 to 2 kg: 11.05 CHF

• 2.1 to 10 kg: 14.95 CHF

• 10.1 to 30 kg: 26.65 CHF

• Over 30 kg: 35.00 CHF

3 - CALCULATION OF SHIPPING FEES

Costs depend on the size, weight, number of items, and the destination address. A detailed summary is provided during checkout.

4 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (EUROPE & UK)

For all orders outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping is handled via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

• Flat Rate: A fixed shipping fee of 45 CHF / 50€ applies to all international orders, regardless of the number of items or package weight.

• All-Inclusive: Local VAT and any applicable customs duties are fully included in the final price of your order.

• No Hidden Fees: No additional taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier commissions will be required upon receipt of your package. The total amount paid at checkout is final.

5 - SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS

• Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days.

• Europe: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

• Note: For made-to-order items (e.g., Snaptisch), specific production times are listed on the product page.

• Items with different delivery times: If delivery times differ within the same order, items are sent in two separate shipments. This occurs when items come from different stocks or are made to order (shipped directly from the factory).

• Delivery Method: Orders are delivered by one or more carriers depending on the items, the delivery address, and the origin of the stock.

6 - VAT & TAXES

All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated based on the delivery address.
