Does Puzz'le have flagship stores?

Apart from the puzzle-design.ch online store, Puzz'le does not currently have its own physical shop. You will find a list of our partners and resellers here.

Is the range available online the same as in partner shops?

All Puzz'le products are available on puzzle-design.ch. In partner shops, product availability may vary from one store to another. Please contact the store in question or visit its website to make sure they have what you are looking for.

Some products cannot be purchased separately but only in sets of several pieces. Why?

For logistical reasons, some items are only available as a bundle. However, we do our best to ensure that you can always get the number of items you want by ordering several bundles.

Where are your products made?

We have chosen to centre our production in the French-speaking part of Switzerland simply because proximity helps dialogue, favours short circuits and supports the local businesses. Proud of our products, we are members of Swiss Label.

We also work closely with Portugal. The choice of Amorim in Porto was a natural one because of their mastery of cork and composite materials.

Are your products handmade?

All joinery parts are manufactured and/or finished and/or oiled by hand.

Do your lamps have a dimmable light source?

It depends on the lamp. Please take a look at the object in question and refer to the product information.

What is a product made on demand?

When you see the « Made on demand » sign at the bottom right of the product page, just above the « Add to Bag » button, it is an item made to order. This means that the item will go into production when we receive your payment. This is why the delivery time is longer for this kind of product. Depending on our manufacturer's specifications, these times may vary slightly, especially during holiday periods. In this case, we will do our best to keep you up to date with the order.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT, calculated based on your delivery address.

To what extent is Puzz'le committed to protecting the environment?

Puzz'le is committed to developing long-lasting products while ensuring that they have a minimal impact on the environment. We optimise the use of recycled and recyclable materials, certified wood from controlled forests, natural oil as well as water-based varnishes and inks. We think about our packaging in order to reduce its volume as much as possible while avoiding plastic materials. We also favour local production in order to limit unnecessary transportation. I own a store, can I use your images?

As a reseller, where can I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process. The reduction will then be directly applied to each product that the discount is valid for. VAT is added or not added to the new total.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we deliver to a selection of European countries. Make sure you select « Europe » in the footer or at the bottom of the main menu to access the European website and see the prices in euros. Here is the list of countries to which we deliver: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Do you ship outside of Europe?

For logistical reasons, we currently only deliver to selected European countries. However, it is possible for some orders to be sent internationally. To do so, you can contact us at the address info@puzzle-design.ch, we will do our best to meet your request.

How do I add an item from my wishlist to my cart?

Your wishlist can be found in the site menu. Each product page has a heart in the shopping module which, when selected, will add the item to your wishlist. By clicking on the desired item in your wishlist, you will be redirected to the product in question so that you can select the options required. Then you will just have to add it to your cart. You can also remove items from your wishlist by unchecking the little heart at the top right of each image.

How can I change an item in my order if I am already in the checkout process?

You can change the status of the items in the shopping cart at any time, at the top right of the site.

Can I still modify my order if it has already been shipped?

It is not possible to modify an order once it has been dispatched.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Delivery costs are calculated according to various factors: the size and weight of the items ordered, your delivery address, the number of items ordered. The summary of delivery costs is shown in the checkout process.

If I order from abroad, will I have to pay customs duties and VAT at a later date?

No. DDP delivery includes all import duties and charges. VAT is included in the sale price and calculated according to your delivery address.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by one or more delivery companies depending on the items ordered, your delivery address and the location of the stock of your items.

What happens if my order contains items with different delivery times?

If the delivery times differ, it is because the items come from different stock locations. For items made on demand, they will be sent directly from the factory. If your order contains items with different delivery times, they will be sent in two packages.

How does online payment work?

Before finally confirming your order, you can check your purchase one last time. By validating your order, you confirm that you agree with our General Terms and Conditions. A few minutes later, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we have received your payment, we will proceed to dispatch your order. We will let you know if anything should change or if your order will be delayed.

What payment methods does Puzz'le offer?

In Switzerland, we accept Postcard, TWINT, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. In Europe, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Is partial payment possible?

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial payments in our online store.

How does prepayment work?

Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. We will only ship your order after your payment has been received.
