Our policy lasts 30 days, respectively from the date of the postmark or confirmation of delivery or receipt. If the buyer is unable to present confirmation of delivery or receipt of delivery, the 30-day return period starts from the date of dispatch of the order. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer either a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it, along with all of its accessories. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure secure return transport. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.
The following are excluded from the right to return (but not from the right to complain):
custom-made/customized items or items assembled at the customer's request
sale items or items on promotion
discounted display items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of an item made on demaand, do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they were initially defective or damaged. As we focus on sustainable design, we prioritize the repair or replacement of the defective part whenever possible. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at info@puzzle-design.ch.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value over 50 CHF/€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
