1 - DELIVERY ZONES

Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

2 - SHIPPING COSTS (SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN)

Shipping fees are calculated based on Swiss Post rates:

• 0 to 2 kg: 11.05 CHF

• 2.1 to 10 kg: 14.95 CHF

• 10.1 to 30 kg: 26.65 CHF

• Over 30 kg: 35.00 CHF

3 - CALCULATION OF SHIPPING FEES

Costs depend on the size, weight, number of items, and the destination address. A detailed summary is provided during checkout.

4 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (EU & UK) - NO HIDDEN FEES

We aim to provide a shopping experience that is simple, transparent, and free of surprises. For all orders placed from the EU or the United Kingdom, the price displayed at checkout is the final price: no additional VAT or hidden fees will be charged.

All shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related formalities are fully taken care of by us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery.

A flat shipping rate of 45 CHF / 50 € applies to all international orders, regardless of the number of items or the total weight of the package.

When your order arrives, no additional charges, taxes, or carrier handling fees will be requested. The amount paid at checkout is final.

5 - SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS

• Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days.

• Europe: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

• Note: For made-to-order items (e.g., Snaptisch), specific production times are listed on the product page.

• Items with different delivery times: If delivery times differ within the same order, items are sent in two separate shipments. This occurs when items come from different stocks or are made to order (shipped directly from the factory).

• Delivery Method: Orders are delivered by one or more carriers depending on the items, the delivery address, and the origin of the stock.

6 - VAT & TAXES

All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated based on the delivery address.
