1 - DELIVERY ZONES

Shipping is currently available to the following countries:

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

2 - SHIPPING COSTS (SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN)

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 9 CHF for all orders delivered within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping is free for orders over 249 CHF.

3 - CALCULATION OF SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout before payment.

4 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (EU & UK) - NO HIDDEN FEES

We aim to provide a shopping experience that is simple, transparent, and free of surprises.

For all orders shipped to the European Union, the price displayed at checkout is the final price: no additional VAT, customs duties, or hidden fees will be charged upon delivery.

All shipments are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs formalities are fully covered by us.

A flat shipping rate of 29 € applies to all orders to the EU.

Shipping is free for orders over 249 €.

No additional charges will be requested upon delivery. The amount paid at checkout is final.

5 - SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS

• Switzerland: 3 to 5 business days.

• Europe: 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

• Note: For made-to-order items (e.g., Snaptisch), specific production times are listed on the product page.

• Items with different delivery times: If delivery times differ within the same order, items are sent in two separate shipments. This occurs when items come from different stocks or are made to order (shipped directly from the factory).

• Delivery Method: Orders are delivered by one or more carriers depending on the items, the delivery address, and the origin of the stock.

6 - VAT & TAXES

All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated based on the delivery address.
